 ELECTRIC DONAIR KNIFE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION, CUTTING AND CLEANING

 Knife installation

          1. Connect the knife to the transformer with the suppliedpower cord.

             


 
2. Plug the power cord into the nearest outlet.

Warning : NEVER adjust slice thickness or clean the knife , when the knife
is plugged in.

Slicing the meat cone.

Slide the cutting edge of the knife along the meat cone, following a straight 
top-to-bottom motion. If slice thickness does not correspond to your needs, please adjust after 
disconnecting the knife from the power source.  

Cleaning

1. To clean the knife, detach the cutting head from the knife body by turning it counter-clockwise.

2. Disassemble the top lid by removing the retaining bolt.

3. Slide the lid off the cutting head.

4. To remove the blade,hold the cutting head (see pic.) and remove 
the retaining bolt with the supplied Allen key.

5. Clean blade and cutting head with a small brush under hot water.

6. Re-assemble the knife.

Sharpening the blade

1. To sharpen, use the supplied sharpening stone.

2. Hold the knife in your left hand and the sharpening stone in the right,

aligning the stone with the cutting edge of the blade.

3. Push the button to rotate the blade and let the sharpening stone glide 
along the cutting edge of the blade without pressing too hard. 
It takes only a few seconds to sharpen the blade.
